The staff in Phnom Penh is now composed of salaried, full time Cambodians and foreign volunteers in temporary positions. Each foreign volunteer (coordination, administration, communication, computer engineering, audiovisual technology) works with a Cambodian counterpart with the objective of progressively transferring responsibility to him or her. The research analysts in charge of the mediathèque are Cambodians.
